How do I say Npauj?
Npauj is my name Bao written in Hmong. It's pronounce like bow.

Handmade
All items from Npauj are handmade, because of this, no two pairs of earrings will be exactly the same and there will be slight variations among pairs. 

When will I receive my package?
Your order will take about 2-5 days to process. At checkout, you may select USPS First Class (2-5 business days), Priority Mail (1-3 business days), or Priority Mail Express (overnight). Please note that due to COVID-19, shipping times may be extended.

Returns
Returns and exchanges are not possible at this time. Should you find any issues with your purchase please contact me.

Shipping and Lost Packages
Please ensure that you provide a correct and secure shipping address. I will ship to the address you provide at checkout and am not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages or delivery errors due to incorrect shipping info. You will be email a tracking number when your item has been shipped. I do not reimburse or replace items that have been lost or damaged during shipping. If you have any shipping issues, please contact your local USPS branch or other carrier for assistance. 

Are your earrings safe for sensitive ears?
Yes! All posts are hypoallergenic, lead-free and nickel-free. The product listing will list the exact materials used in the description.
