How should I care for my jewelry?
Please store your jewelry away from humidity and direct sunlight. Keep in mind the surfaces of polymer clay pieces can be scratched by other metals so do store these in jewelry pouch. Beads and pearls can be easily damaged with rough handling, do take care when wearing and removing these items. All metal can be easily clean with a polishing cloth. For polymer clay pieces with dirt or makeup buildup, it can be removed with a Qtip/cotton pad with a dab of rubbing alcohol.

When will I receive my package?
Your order will take about 5-7 days to process. At checkout, you may select USPS First Class (2-5 business days), Priority Mail (1-3 business days), or Priority Mail Express (overnight). 

Are your earrings safe for sensitive ears?
Yes. All posts are hypoallergenic, lead-free and nickel-free. 

Can I request a custom item?
Yes but we reserve the right to accept or deny custom order on a case by case basis and orders may incur extra charges.

 

Do you offer wholesale?
Currently due to time restraint, we are not offering wholesale. 

 

Do you ship outside the US?
At the moment, we do not ship outside the US.
