Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

Processing time is currently 5-7 business days. Shipping delays are to be expected during the holiday season. 

At checkout you have the option to choose USPS ground advantage, priority or priority express for overnight shipping. Orders over $50 ship for free. If you need an order to be delivered by a specific date, please message us before placing the order. 

Once the item leaves our hands, we are not responsible for issues caused by the carrier, including delivery delay or lost items. We will not refund or replace these items.

 

Returns

We inspect all items before shipping to ensure quality. If your item is damaged during transit, please email npauj.designs@gmail.com within 24 hour of receiving the package with Damaged Product in the subject line. Please include photographs of the damaged items, your name, and your order#. Depending on the situation, we can either repair or replace the item free of charge. 

We accept returns of unworn jewelry in its original packaging but note that the buyer must pay for the return shipping fee.

We will honor cancel requests within the first 24 hours only. After 24 hours, orders will be process and shipped accordingly. Custom pieces can not be return or refunded.

Please note that because most of our items are handmade there will be some small imperfections/inconsistencies.
