Processing time is currently 5-7 business days. Shipping delays are to be expected during the holiday season.  

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are not possible at this time. Should you find any issues with your purchase please contact me. 

Terms of Service

I inspect all items before shipping to ensure quality. If your item is damaged during transit, please email npauj.designs@gmail.com within 24 hrs of receiving the package with Damaged Product in the subject line. Please include photographs of the damaged items, your name, and your order#. Depending on the situation, I can either repair or replace the item free of charge. 

Shipping Policy

All domestic orders ship through USPS. Due to the fact that USPS does not accept PO Boxes as a valid address, we will not be able to ship your items unless you provide a physical street address. If you need to make changes to your order prior to shipment, please contact npauj.designs@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of placing your order.
